Ifyou choose not to provide such information, you may not be able to receive theinformation you requested. If purchasing a product or service you may provideus with additional information when using certain pages and resources on theSite, including login information (user name and password) or billing information(credit card number or other payment information and billing address). We mayuse your Personal Data to contact you with newsletters, marketing orpromotional materials and other information that may be of interest to you. Youmay opt out of receiving any, or all, of these communications from us byfollowing the unsubscribe link or the instructions provided in any email wesend. Access by Ampure Group or their respective employees and consultants toany personal information you provide is limited to only information necessaryto provide the business service offered and to allow employees or consultantsto perform their duties.

Usage Data

We may also collect information on how the Service is accessed and used("Usage Data"). This Usage Data may include information such as yourcomputer's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type, browserversion, the pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of yourvisit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and otherdiagnostic data.

RFID Usage Data

We may collect information on your usage of RFID, which is a uniqueidentifier for each subscriber who registered for an EVNET Account for accessto a charging station (“RFID Usage Data”).  RFID Usage Data may be used asaggregate information to analyze averages, trends, and other anonymous patternsof usage of the RFID.

Tracking &Cookies Data

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track the activity onour Service and we hold certain information.

Cookies are files with a small amount of data which may include ananonymous unique identifier. Cookies are sent to your browser from a websiteand stored on your device. Other tracking technologies are also used such asbeacons, tags and scripts to collect and track information and to improve andanalyze our Service.

You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when acookie is being sent. However, if you do not accept cookies, you may not beable to use some portions of our Service.

Ampure Group may process your Personal Data because:

  • We need to perform a contract with you
  • You have given us permission to do so
  • The processing is in our legitimate interests and it is not     overridden by your rights
  • For payment processing purposes

To comply with the law

Retention of Data

Ampure Group will retain your Personal Data only for as long as isnecessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain anduse your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legalobligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply withapplicable laws), resolve disputes and enforce our legal agreements andpolicies.

Ampure Group will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes.Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period of time, except when thisdata is used to strengthen the security or to improve the functionality of ourService, or we are legally obligated to retain this data for longer periods.

If you are located outside Germany and choose to provide information tous, please note that we transfer the data, including Personal Data, to Germanyand process it there.

Provision OfPersonal Data As Statutory or Contractual Requirement

Sometimes it may be necessary to conclude a contract that the datasubject provides us with personal data, which must subsequently be processed byus. The data subject is, for example, obliged to provide us with personal datawhen our company signs a contract with him or her. The non-provision of thepersonal data would have the consequence that the contract with the datasubject could not be concluded. We may provide paid products and/or services within the Service. In thatcase, we use third-party services for payment processing (e.g. payment processors).

We will not store or collect your payment card details. That informationis provided directly to our third-party payment processors whose use of yourpersonal information is governed by their Privacy Policy. These paymentprocessors adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCISecurity Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa,MasterCard, American Express and Discover. If you have an account with us, we will deliver our written response to thataccount.  If you do not have an account with us, we will deliver ourwritten response by mail or electronically, at your option.  Anydisclosures we provide will only cover the twelve (12)-month period precedingthe verifiable consumer request’s receipt.  The response we provide willalso explain the reasons we cannot comply with a request, if applicable.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you ofany changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
